All Elite Infielders are athletic throwers. The Vitilla Athletic Throwing System was designed to teach players the secrets to making athletic throws necessary to make plays.
90% of double play feeds and double play turns utilize the 3 o'clock throwing position. In addition, 25% of all other throws also incorporate the lower arm slot. The system was built to incorporate the 36 different plays that require the 3 o'clock arm slot. It's a training system that not only works, but virtually all players find fun.
